Squad Fees

The club aims to break even and each year a budget is prepared and presented to the annual general meeting. The fees are set every year to try and achieve a break even based on the costs the club can foresee.

There are 2 types of fees Annual and Monthly. The annual fee is designed to cover the annual fees that the club has to pay to the ASA for each swimmer every year. The monthly fees are calculated to cover the annual costs. Although there are months of the year, for example August and December when the club provides fewer hours of training than other months the fees are the same each month. The fees are reviewed each year in the autumn and any increases generally take place on 1st January. Where squad changes take place the fee will move to the rate of the new squad on the first of the month after the move.

Payment of Fees

The annual fees are due on 1 February and will be collected by Direct Debit.

The monthly fees are payable on the first of each month and are required to be paid by Direct Debit.
